Another one of those bad days which result in me resigning to my lonesome state whilst scrolling through life quotes which (hopefully) will knock some sense into me and make me feel better about my life / prompt me to do something to improve my life. Here are a couple of em' which really stood out to me, maybe you can relate to them too?

Be strong, I'm also trying to be.
We may struggle, crumble and fall but that's all part of the process.
We'll make it through, eventually.
