I'm going numb, I've been hijacked.

disclaimer: blogging via my Macbook Pro for the first time, hohoho

Xuan came over in the afternoon to accompany me and check up on me after something happened yesterday, hahaha. He bought chicken rice for me cause I didn't have appetite to eat anything else so thank you for that babe ♡ So yeah, we basically ate lunch together while watching 2 broke girls (bc it's freaking funny) and then, we sang along to a few songs because we had nothing better to do, yep. We left my house in the evening and reached Eunos MRT station around 6:40pm because I was supposed to meet my mum there before we headed off for dinner together. As clearly shown in the pictures above, Xuan & I snapped several selfies while waiting for my mum, heheh. He's one of the few people I feel really really comfortable taking selfies (both glam & unglam ones) with bc he's my bestfriend, yay. ♡♡♡

Xuan got off at Aljunied while my mum & I proceeded to City Hall cause she wanted to eat at Marina Square and then watch free live performances at Esplanade like how we always do so whenever we go out jalan-jalan together. First, we intended to eat at Breeks but found out that it wasn't there anymore, the same goes for Secret Recipe so we walked over to Swensen's only to change our mind soon after (bc the queue was super duper long) and we ended up at Pizza Hut in the end.

 

Appetizer: Minestrone soup

Afterwards, we enjoyed some good music & good vibes at Esplanade Waterfront :)

After spending around an hour there, we decided to walk along the waterfront and we came across some really pretty lightings so we decided to be typical Singaporeans and take pictures. 

My mum was like, "Let's take a selfie!!"

Well, Thursday was fucking shitty for me so I'm glad that my Friday was slightly better (only towards the end of the day though but wtv, it's better than nothing, haha). Thanks for inviting me out to dinner Ma and for listening to me pour my heart out about recent events while giving me valuable advice in return. I'll try my best to keep your words in mind so that I can better myself and the life that I still have ahead of me. Thank you for continuing to be there for me despite the many times we've had heated arguments. Please know that I love you so much and I probably wouldn't be able to survive without you in my life. I know I don't express my appreciation for you much but you'll always be the most important person in my life, always. I don't know what I would ever do without you. x
