The day went pretty well during the first half of the day tbh.
English was pretty fun.
Extra emath lesson during amath period was good.
SS time trial was manageable!
CCE was pretty darn awesome. I had to act out a skit with my group members and we did a skit on premarital sex /cue the laughter/ EH NOT BAD FOR IMPROMPTU ACTING OKAY. heh.
Boarded 111 and headed to dhoby on my own.
When I was about to alight from the bus, I got a call from an unknown number.
Apparently, this person called Katherine/Catherine, called me up to inform me that I've been shortlisted for an interview for DPA into Mass Comm this coming Friday at 4pm @ NP's School of Film & Media Studies (FMS). I wanted to scream when I heard the news okay but I controlled myself, seeing that I was in the bus; a public place, sorta.
I immediately phoned my mum and told her, she sounded proud of me, I felt good.
Phoned xuan to tell him about the interview as well and he was really proud of me, I felt even more than good. I decided to grab a bite at macs since I couldn't fast thanks to my monthly friend but who knew that would get me into trouble, haha.
Reached home and all was good till my mum called me up.
We ended up having a heated argument otp, ouch.
Her words stung me like a bee's sting, huhu.
I teared up and when Nabilah happened to call me a few mins after that, I ended up crying.
When I called xuan to ask him where he was cause he was supposed to meet me, I cried again, oops.
Ended up studying with xuan & nabs @ the cc below my house today!
I went there with puffy eyes, huhu, xuan noticed them alright.
I tried my best to not let the argument get to me though so I tried to be okay :-)
Thank god for the company of those two okay. I swear if I hadn't spent time with the both of them from 6PM all the way to 10PM today/tonight, I would probably have spent those 4hrs, emoing in one corner and not doing any work at all, confirm plus chop.
I did minimal work at the cc though but it's better than nothing. Quality over quantity aye? Haha.
But nevertheless, I had a really really really fun time with my best friends today/tonight though it was pretty short-lived and we were confined to the 4 walls of a study room, ahah. We did have a great time though, no kidding! We gossiped alot, laughed alot, texted alot, laughed alot again, ate alot, annoyed one another alot and engaged in a whole lot of "physical exercise". HAHA.
Before we left the cc, xuan and I started physically 'abusing' each other HAHAHAHHA.
Apparently, he wei xuan is ticklish errbody! I was determined to torture him by tickling him and I pretty much succeeded! hehehe. He ended up tackling me when he couldn't handle the 'torture' anymore HAHAHAH. He made alot of growling noises okay and so did I since we were both like being damn forceful with our kicks and punches and pulling and pushing, hahahahhahaha rabak giler. HE DRAGGED ME ACROSS THE STUDY ROOM FLOOR SIA THAT MEANIE. And I kept tickling him and kicking his sensitive spot HAHAHHAHAHA DAMN FARNEY CTI. But tbh, it was a great 'workout'! Esp since I haven't been doing any form of exercise in a long, long while. It felt great to get moving, ya knw?
The sweetest part of today has probably gotta be when the three of us had a random group hug.
Cause xuan enveloped me in a hug which he calls the 'bestfriend hug' and he was like, "Nabilah, you wanna join? :D" And Nabs was like, "Aw, can I really? It sounds nice, hehe." AND THEN THE THREE OF US LIKE HUGGED EACH OTHER AND STAYED IN THAT POSITION FOR LIKE AT LEAST A MIN STRAIGHT, D'AWWWWWWWWW /inserts loads and loads and loads of hearts/
Oh and another funny thing is when I went home to buka puasa with da fam and nabs & xuan went to the pasar malam to buy food but ended up just buying food from mr teh tarik instead, hahahahahhahah. I forced xuan to use my money since he was flat broke today. That boy is so hard to persuade okay, he's so stubborn, i can't even. When I went back to the cc, they weren't there but xuan's domestic helper was HAHA. She secretly brought food for xuan and when i called nabs' phone and told her to tell xuan that his maid had brought food for him, he was like," WHAT?!?! BUT I BOUGHT FOOD ALREADY :-( damn, now i have 2 servings to eat!" hahahahha y my best friend #2 so cute.
OH AND AFTER STUDYING AT THE CC, WE LEFT THE PLACE ARD 9.30PM.
WE MET MY DOMESTIC HELPER IN THE LIFT AND THEN WE ALL WALKED TO EUNOS MRT STATION TGT. I WALKED HAND IN HAND WITH MY TWO BESTFRIENDS AND MY DOMESTIC HELPER WAS WALKING BEHIND US, LAUGHING AT US, PFFT. WE KEPT SWINGING OUR ARMS WHILE HOLDING HANDS OKAY HAHAHAHHA AREN'T WE CUTE C:
THEN I BELANJA-ED MY DOMESTIC HELPER & MYSELF, ICE CREAM, AND BOUGHT A BOTTLE OF COKE FOR NABS AND A BOTTLE OF MOUNTAIN DEW FOR XUAN.
THEN WE PARTED WAYS :-(
